By becoming a Travel Industry Rates member, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals currently employed within the Travel, Tourism or Events industries. This includes, but is not limited to:
Travel Agents, Airline Staff, Hotel Employees, Event Planners, and Travel Media professionals.

2. Individual Membership

All memberships are issued on an individual basis and cannot be shared, transferred or used by others.

3. Proof of Employment

Members must provide valid industry identification—or their Travel Industry Rates membership card—when requested by participating suppliers.

4. Non-Refundable Membership

All memberships are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

5. Confidentiality

All information provided on this website is confidential and strictly for Travel Industry Rates members.
Members must not share any rates, offers, supplier details or platform content with the general public or any unauthorised third parties.
